These terms govern use of the Alaska Family Rental LLC website and its optional rental-related text messaging program.
Website purpose
This website provides general information and a way to contact Alaska Family Rental LLC. Website content is not a rental offer, application approval, lease, guarantee of availability, or professional advice. Rental availability, screening criteria, terms, and obligations are established only through applicable written documents.
Appropriate use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or impersonate another person. Do not send highly sensitive information through the general contact form.
SMS program description
When you separately opt in, Alaska Family Rental LLC may send recurring text messages about rental inquiries, application status, move-in coordination, maintenance scheduling, lease updates, and property notices. Messages are informational and conversational, not marketing broadcasts.
Consent and frequency
